At least Goop is aptly named

This is the best free graphic I could find for goop

I eat mainly one meal a day. It’s now called intermittent fasting. It’s something I’ve been doing a long time before it became a trend. I didn’t do it because I believe in some cockamamie notion of living longer and healthier. I did it because I discovered I wasn’t hungry all the time so why bother eating. Gwyneth Paltrow believes that she can slow down aging. Death is the only certainty in life. In fact, life causes death because you can’t have one without the other. No one will live forever so just make your time here worth your while.

Paltrow, Loehnan and Lauria are tested for their biological age before starting a new diet for three weeks. Lauria followed a vegan diet and Loehnan did a pescatarian diet, while Paltrow uses Longo’s kit (which includes a nut bar, soup packets and kale crackers — appetizing, huh?) for a five-day fast.  At the end of the three weeks, all three have their “biological ages” retested. The only person whose age did not “lower” was Lauria.

Also, why is CNet reporting on this kind of nonsense? They used to be a halfway decent tech new site. Now they’re reporting on celebrity nonsense?
